Türkiye Wealth Fund and Azerbaijan Investment Holding Sign Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Cooperation

Türkiye Wealth Fund and Azerbaijan's sovereign wealth fund, Azerbaijan Investment Holding, have laid the foundation for strategic cooperation to explore joint opportunities in strategic investment areas.The Memorandum of Understanding was signed at a ceremony held in Istanbul by Türkiye Wealth Fund CEO and Board Member Arda Ermut and Azerbaijan Investment Holding CEO Ruslan Alikhanov.

The parties expressed their shared commitment to cooperate in evaluating investment opportunities and developing joint projects in strategically important sectors, primarily in Türkiye and Azerbaijan, as well as in other countries and markets to be mutually agreed upon.

Within the scope of the cooperation, TWF and AIH aim to enhance the exchange of legal, financial, technical, and operational expertise, evaluate joint investment opportunities, and strengthen their long-term strategic institutional partnership.

The parties also plan to establish regular communication and consultation mechanisms to exchange market developments and share views on regulatory processes.

The signed MoU reflects the parties' shared commitment to further strengthening the bond of brotherhood and strategic partnership between Türkiye and Azerbaijan at the institutional level, while establishing a framework for cooperation that will support the two institutions' common investment vision and facilitate the development of future joint projects.
