The Framework includes six green project categories and one social project category, providing a comprehensive basis for TWF’s future sustainable financing activities.

The Framework was rated “Excellent” in the Second-Party Opinion (SPO)

In the Second-Party Opinion (SPO) prepared by Sustainable Fitch, the Framework received the highest possible rating of “Excellent.”

The Framework, which sets out the principles governing TWF’s sustainable financing transactions, covers the use of proceeds, the evaluation and selection of eligible projects, the management of proceeds, and reporting processes. Through the Framework, TWF aims to support investments that deliver measurable environmental and social benefits, strengthen resilient infrastructure, diversify access to sustainable financing sources, and contribute to Türkiye’s transition in line with its 2053 net-zero emissions target.
